Mission Statement:

         Truckee Meadows Properties, Inc. (TMP) is committed to providing superior Association Management throughout Northern Nevada. TMP employs a unique blend of Community Managers, Accounting, Administrative and Support Staff which enables TMP to provide unparalleled Association Management. TMPs continuous dedication to commitment and excellence allows us to stand above our competition. 

 

Our beginning:

Randel E. Walker is the Corporate Broker and Community Manager for TMP. He has received the designations of Certified Public Accountant, Certified Property Manager®, and Supervising Community Manager. He is also a member of both the Reno/Sparks Association of Realtors, and Community Association Institute. He has resided in the Reno area since 1977. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He understands the importance of a Board Member’s time as he has experience working as a volunteer board member and past President of both the Nevada Society of CPAs, and the Northern Nevada/Tahoe Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management.

           

            TMP has managed Sky Vista Homeowners’ Association since it’s inception in 1997. Sky Vista is a planned unit development in North Reno that currently has 1663 residential homes. TMP worked directly with the developer and the elected board members of the Board of Director’s during the period of transition from a developer controlled Board of Directors to a homeowner controlled Board of Directors.

 

Goals:

            Our goal is to manage Associations to maximize and retain the values of the homeowners’ personal residences, maintain the Associations’ common areas, and provide the Board Members with the guidance and information they require to effectively perform their fiduciary duties.           

 

Visions:

            Through our determination to provide excellence in every aspect of Association Management, TMP employees work together as a team. We take pride in providing quality Management, Reports and Customer Service. TMP intends to raise the bar by setting our standards above our competitors.
