Wildcreek at Sterling Ridge Homeowner’s Association

 

Wildcreek at Sterling Ridge is a unique planned community of 142 townhomes, located in a close-in location off North McCarran and Highway 395. The community currently consists of 51 homes with a park, plus a pool that will be completed in 2009.

 

 

Wildcreek Homeowners’ Association Assessments are $150.00 monthly. Assessments are collected on the first of every month.  A late fee is assessed after the 15^th of the month in the amount $25.00.
