Sky Vista Homeowner’s Association

 

The Sky Vista Homeowners’ Association is located off Sky Vista Parkway and Silver Lake Drive in Reno, Nevada. Sky Vista consists of 1663 single family homes with eight parks numerous running paths in the development, and maintains the common area.

 

Sky Vista is a Homeowners’ Association, as defined by NRS 116 the Association is required to enforce the CC&Rs.

 

Sky Vista Homeowners’ Association Assessments are $63.00 quarterly. Assessments are collected on the first of every quarter as follows: January, April, July, and October.  A late fee is assessed after the 15^th of the quarter in the amount $25.00.
