Serena Springs Homeowner’s Association

 

 

Serena Springs Homeowners’ Association is located off Pyramid Highway in Sparks, Nevada.

Serena Springs consists of 107 single family homes with walking paths, play park facility and landscaped common area.

Serena Springs is a Homeowners’ Association, as defined by NRS 116 the Association is required to enforce the CC&Rs.

 

 

Serena Springs Homeowners’ Association Assessments are $150.00 quarterly.

Assessments are collected on the first of every quarter as follows: January, April, July, and October. 

A late fee is assessed after the 15^th of the quarter in the amount $25.00.
