Sapphire Ridge Landscape Maintenance Association

Sapphire Ridge Landscape Maintenance Association is located off 7^th Street in Reno, NV. Sapphire Ridge consists of 150 single family homes and landscaped common areas.

 

Sapphire Ridge is a limited-purpose Association, as defined by NRS 116, which does not enforce the Association’s CC&Rs. The Association exists to maintain the common areas.

 

Sapphire Ridge Landscape Maintenance Association Assessments are $75.00 quarterly. Assessments are collected on the first day of every quarter as follows: January, April, July and October. A late fee is assessed after the 15^th of the quarter in the amount of $25.00.
