Miramonte
Homeowners’ Association Miramonte
Homeowners’ Association takes you outside the hustle of the city, but keeps you
near the amenities your family needs. Miramonte offers neighborhood parks, and endless mountain, city and valley
views. Miramonte is a
Homeowners’ Association, as defined by NRS 116, and is required to enforce the
Association’s CC&Rs. Miramonte
Homeowners’ Association Assessments are $75.00 quarterly. Assessments are
collected on the first of every quarter as follows: January, April, July, and
October. A late fee is assessed after
the 15th of the quarter in the amount $25.00. Association
