Meadow Springs Landscape Maintenance Association

Meadow Springs is a limited-purpose Association, as defined by NRS 116, which does not enforce the Association’s CC&Rs. The Association exists to maintain the common areas.

The Meadow Springs of Reno Homeowners’ Association Assessments are $120.00 quarterly. Assessments are collected on the first of every quarter as follows January, April, July and October.

A late fee is assessed after the 15^th of the quarter in the amount $25.00.
