Lakeridge Springs Homeowners’ Association

 

Lakeridge Springs Homeowners’ Association is located in southwest Reno adjacent to Ridgeview Drive. Lakeridge Springs HOA consists of 332 single family homes with walking paths, park facilities, a pool, and landscaped common area.

 

Lakeridge Springs is a Homeowners’ Association, as defined by NRS 116, and is required to enforce the Use Restrictions contained in the Association’s CC&Rs.

 

Lakeridge Springs Homeowners’ Association Assessments are $200.00 quarterly. Assessments are collected on the first of every quarter as follows: January, April, July, and October.  A late fee is assessed after the 15^th of the quarter in the amount $25.00.
