CYAN Homeowner’s Association

 

Set beneath the endless blue skies and snow-capped peaks of Reno’s picturesque South Meadows, Centex presents Cyan, a master-planned community unlike any other. Cyan is a Homeowner’s Association and as defined by NRS 116 the Association is required to enforce the CC&Rs.

 

 

Cyan Master Homeowners’ Association Assessments are $90.00 quarterly, and Cyan Drainage District assessments and $36.00 quarterly. Assessments are collected on the first of every quarter as follows: January, April, July, and October. 

 

A late fee is assessed after the 15^th of the quarter in the amount $25.00.
