Silver Terrace II
Landscape Maintenance Association Silver
Terrace II Landscape Maintenance Association is a limited-purpose Association,
as defined by NRS 116, which does not enforce the Association’s CC&Rs. The Association
exists to maintain the common areas. Silver
Terrace II Landscape Maintenance Association Assessments are $99.00 quarterly.
Assessments are collected on the first day of every quarter as follows:
January, April, July and October. A late fee is assessed after the 15th of the
quarter in the amount of $25.00. Association
